A followup on "Beyond gateway games"

A few weeks ago I posted about some games one might want to try beyond gateway games. The most recent episode of The Dice Tower, episode 116, talks about the very same thing. The list of the games they recommend is also online.

Thanks! Great tip. I haven't purchased an expansion for Carcassonne yet. I'm about to move, so we're trying to keep down the weight for our journey from Hawaii back to the mainland US. I look forward to settling in and exploring this more soon :)
