A day of hacking

Well, there are some days that are spent more on hacking than on research. Today's hacking consisted of applying a patch to make Unison work with Growl. I was surprised by how small the patch was. What took me a while was getting acquainted enough with XCode to follow the instruction that were provided.

On the hacking side, I also had some fun with Harmony, implementing a new kind of flatten that may be more useful.

Finally, I struggled with GUI Scripting to get my small AppleScript that changes the spelling language in Mail.app to work with the frontmost application. It's been not going well so far :(
